"Quick-Tie" is the working name for a product which ties, wraps or binds objects together.Technically, it is considered a "reusable binder or tie". The Quick-Tie units are made of several different materials: Parachute cord, elastic "shock cord", (Used in rigging for mountain climbing, etc.) polycord and/or nylon rope. The only moving part of the device is a "barrel lock" or "cord lock". Any color in which these basic components are manufactured can be made available to Quick-Tie customers.
Quick-Ties are handy, reusable, washable, versatile, easy-to-use and extraordinarily durable. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY!!
Quick-Ties are now "Patent Applied For", meaning the inventor has filed a Utility Patent Application with the United States Patent Office. The inventor is also the sole manufacturing agent. The product is being manufactured in Old Brooklyn (Cleveland) Ohio, U.S.A.
Quick-Ties can be used indoors and outdoors. They have been outdoor tested in the winter cold and summer heat of Cleveland, Ohio. They come in a variety of colors and several patterns of camouflage! (Woodland and Desert patterns, so far) They were tested in a chlorinated pool and held cargo on a motorcycle rack. (Thanks to Lynne & Richard, Timmy & Jill. (Relatives from Pineville and Moreauville, Louisiana. They live in Rapides Parish and Avoyelles Parish, respectively) They have been tested in a harsh industrial climate and been subjected to oils and grease. They wash out!
Quick-Ties are sold in 12-packs. Ten regular-sized units, bound with two "Shorty Units". Each 12-pack includes a flier, which has pictures showing how the Quick-Ties are to be used AND a number of photographic examples which offer suggested applications for Quick-Ties. Several common-sense safety tips are also written therein.

All Quick-Ties are hand-made by myself, in my home workshop. .
I've used the Quick-Tie units for years now, to pack and secure my musical instrument cables, power and audio cables used in live performances with professional musical ensembles. Quick-Ties are an important part of the recording racks at Erie Knights' Studio. (That's another story)
Quick-Ties can be used to close bags of produce, bags of parts, hold down all kinds of items and even tie plants to support stakes. My wife and I use them all around the house, even in the freezer!!
Quick-Ties can be used to secure tarps, hang tools, suspend flags and banners and tie down sports equipment. There are hundreds of other uses, for home and industry.
